Two Different Translations...Two Different Meanings.

Psalms 31:24 NIV

"Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord."

Correct translation……… "Be strong, and He will make your heart stronger, all you who hope in YHWH"

We must make the first move, then God joins us and makes us brave. We must start the ball rolling, he makes our heart stronger only after we decide we are going to be strong.​
